Noticed a few things in /dev that are in need of capitalizaton, on the signup page "warband Name" also, on the main section, "workers".

I recoded your green/red code Devari, 'cos Promisance uses the following codes:
cgood, cwarn, cbad, cnormal (latter has no behavior)
instead of lime, yellow, red, white, etc. No worries though, I've fixed.
Also I found a slightly more efficient way to do the averaging through SQL, in same code. And Purgett uses the turnsused>$config[protection] clause rather than land>250 to determine protection. Otherwise, thanks for the code!

Really, now. I thought Vera knew the Promi standards enough to use cgood/cwarn/cbad instead of lime/yellow/red. Or did you change that, Devari?

I thought I should have used the "c" stuff, but the header and footer used the lime/red scheme... I thought that was for a particular reason and decided I'd do it that way as well.
