Well I guess 20 mil mice and 6 mil hares isn't good enough. Oh yea, add 15k guards with 600k workers.

What do workers have to do with it? They're usless in defense... But anyway, two troop types are not enough. If you mass only one or two troop types, and neglect the rest, nothing's easier then for someone to hit you with an off troop type that they mass. To go unbroken, you have to have huge amounts of all troop types... And large amounts of hawks don't hurt.

Oh I thought workers made guards stronger. Yea I picked those two because thats what everyone was massing. I never got attacked by anything else and I was still broken. I think I might know the remedy to this. I guess I'll have to wait it out.

Well, you might have been dealing with pure mouse or hare massers. It's easy to have 40 - 50 million mice on 20k acres, if you market store. Same with hares, but in reduced numbers. Also, make sure you run a hawk shield constantly. If you don't, a hawk masser murdering/destroying structures can really make you an easy target.
