I was most probably not around then. What I'll do is just compare the two implementations and, if I have no preference, take the older one (ME's).

Looking at Turock's setup in ME: It's probably more convenient, as he placed in on the Manage page, while I created an additional link on the Treasury page. I considered that option, but figured it would mess-up the Manage page's layout; well, it certainly looks fine the way Turock did it, so I'll consider myself proven wrong.

Likewise, I can either change it around to mimic his setup, or he can add his code: But I do say that, both considered, his will likely be preferable to most.

I've integrated Turock's changes plus a minor change, so we also get a spiffier new manage page.

Not closing yet, as we need to write the change to let the clan leader allocate CT resources to individual members.
