Not sure - depends if you're just changing races and troops or if you are adding features.

Changing races, editing troops, and adding Wood to resources (this can wait for a little while, it's just something I thought would be interesting). Features can be thought up as the game progresses and has a member database.

:P don't worry.
Anyways, it is quite easy, if you stay within the limits of the configuration file. Which means skipping some of your ideas. If you're willing to leave out some stuff, it would be quite trivial to change it -- half an hour, for example. Please PM me for a new config file.
