We go to far? No, you do. If you are online, and someone is attacking you, message them asking them to stop. If they refuse, then you may be justified in online hitting back, provided you were in the middle of a run. And even then, it's better not to, since you both end up wasting resorces. Strategicly, you're better off waiting for them to use their turns, then hit them back for the land. And anyway, war isn't that far. The whole game runs at something slightly less then war for pretty much the whole round... Now declaring kill intent, that's a different thing. For most people who are half way experienced, war is no justification of killing. All the more reason not to kill, in fact, since you spoil a good war that'll be fun for all people, involved or not...

Well I am very sorry.
I did not know you just come online.
I only check if someone is every time i run out of helth...
If I know that someone is online i don't just go and attack then anyways...
