On the contrary. Alcaline had a massive 2 mil Mice on CoG and had no other military, yet not many people could break him. If you plan on massing Mice, you better have at least 3 mil more than any one with a good military.Rat = Mouse (NOTE: Off and Def are inversed. No mouse massing works here.)
