BUG: Defensive Hawk Missions Not Working

Title mostly says it all - when attempting a defensive hawk mission, I get a:

"You must specify a target!"

message.
If you go down to the woods today, you better not go alone

Fixed. I was fixing Nev's bug about there the error with no target selection reporting a dead warband. I used a hack unfortunately. The problem was, the main code was doing the checking alright, but using !isset rather than empty in the conditional. Since the function was always called with the argument in the script, isset always returned true. empty is more stringent that way.
