Bounties Fixed & New Feature
I've fixed up bounties. Troops should be added/taxed/rewarded correctly. The code which checked for completed bounties has been reworked and fixed quite a few problems with checking for networth loss and two conditions. I need people to test that it is correctly doing this.
The code checks for fulfilled bounties every time it gives turns, and it rewards the last attacker to do the necessary damage (if the last attacker did embezzle and this is a land to 50 bounty, it will credit the person who last attacked and took land). You can also force it to recheck by going to the bounties page and hitting the button at the very bottom which says "Re-Calculate completed bounties".
I've also added a new feature which allows bounties to be posted anonymously for double the tax (10% right now). I've done a quick test to see if there are any holes in news which allow you to figure out the setter, but I haven't done a comprehensive test so I need you to set many many bounties anonymously, fulfill these bounties, and look around on news/main page to see if anyone can figure out who set it.

But they'd have to be fairly large to put a substantial bounty on a lot of people. And there probable aren't that many people large enough to put a substantial bounty on the whole top ten in any given round. Therefore, it would be pretty easy to find the person responsibe for the bounties.
