Design re-think: HTTP_REFERER is not checked unless you are using cookies to auth. This prevents you from clicking a link in a conversation window or this forum that can cause you harm. But users can now mess with the URL. Well, we'll see.
Alcaline should now be able to uncheck Use Cookies to log in. And lynx/links users too....
Must get back to this later, but don't have time now.
