FaF down: Why?

In the next few days, we will be adding the feature of being able to extend troop types. That is, we will be able to have any number of troop types (at most 10, actually) with hardly a change to the code. And I plan to introduce Ballistas as part of that. However, on topic! FaF will be down for a few days (or a bit more, hopefully not), then it will be reset, and finally, it will probably be buggy. But please bear with us, because we are working hard at it. When it's out again, try to do everything you can with the troops (industry settings, bazaar/market buy/sell, attack, aid, whatever you can think of) and help us iron out the bugs... Go to pages where you saw troops and see if they still show up (like status, main, etc.) correctly. Etc, etc.

Fine, but no way you're going to add specific troops attacks. I can't maintain an army of ten troop types, neither can anyone else. Ironclad strats rock too much for that. All I can say is follow QMT and group the troops.

I suggest:

Ranged Assualt
River Battle
Frontal Charge
Geurilla Warfare

...or something.

Then, some troop ideas. Just keep the squirrels and otters, but make them different types of each instead of different types altogether, so we can remember easily.

10 troop types? Managing 5 and having decent numbers of each is a bit difficult in itself....But if anyone can have good numbers with 10 troop types, it's me! :*laughs*:

Urran, there'll be many types, but when they attack, they attack in one of some major categories. Otherwise, it'd be your type of game, with so much cruelty. Of course, I'm semi-peaceful, so imagine the consequences...

Neat. Please note that, from the looks of it, we will not necessarily have 10 troop types, but that up to that number could be made with ease. Sortof like the feature built into the DAXX codebase that allows the addition of new types of food.

Cool. But vermin shouldn't have ballistas, only goodbeasts. Vermin should have seige towers, or battering rams. Speaking of vermin, what are their four units and their "Hawk"?
