Can anyone tell me how Recruit and Prod Market work? It says it affects the "enemy" in the guide, but who's that?

Hello! The guide is unfortunately not up-to-date. Let me tell you briefly what they do. Recruit gets you more workers. Prod Market increases the rate at which you can sell or buy troops on the Bazaar. For example if you just sold all of your troops or bought all of a type there, Prod Market will let you sell/buy some more.
