Rebuilding each run

I know many good players advocate this strat -- Holby showed me first, and he learned it from Wolf Bite. A lot of you play it. Still, I don't believe in it. I think re-building your land at the end of your run is 1. a waste of turns you could be putting to good use, 2. more turns lost when you start your run, and 3. cripples you in an emergency "in-between" runs.

I gave it a null vote. I just started doing it when I started running an indy strat on CoG. I don't do it with any other strat though. I demolish barracks, and build into guards at the end of my run, and swich back at the start of the next run.

Well, when I mass one troop type the guards really help. I've got only about 500k of each type other then my massed one. And I put most of my massed troop is on the market overnight, so they don't even count in standard attacks.

Although “wolf bite’s wall strategy requires a lot of tower building and demolishing, it is done during the healing, not wasting turns.
I like to change strategies often; I will reshuffle land at the end of a run in preparation of the next strategy. Then shuffle the rest at the beginning of the next run. All done as I heal.
But if not in a high defense strategy or changing strategies, I don’t take down buildings.

Wolf Bite

~Beatles~An interesting point is that, dislike Wolf Bite as much as I will, he has done much to herd the unruly bunch at RWL into a more respectable community. Iron fist in a velvet glove you might say.

I find that for mid-size players, the heal/demolish phases will actually take more time than the healing in itself would... and you are "wasting" turns in the sense that you could be training or foraging or hawk-loot/foraging. If you are bigger, I grant you it is better, although also expensive.
