Why my account disabled?

My account name is Shadowmance and my Warband name is Woodkrieg warriors, I have not signed up for multiple accounts, hacked, or posted anything p[rofane on the server. When I treied to log into my account a couple days ago I received a messege that my account had been diasabled for cheating. i sent an e-mail to the adress listed and have not received any response, so I decided to come to the forums. I do not see any reason from the disabling of my account and I would like it to be reactivated. I also find the mere suggestion that I cheated an extreame affront to my personal honor and I want an explanation as to why my account was disabled, wven if you refuse to reactivate my account. The messege said to "explain myself". As I have done nothing wrong I want an explanation, perhaps it was just a glitch or a mistake, but I would apreciate it if this issue was resolved.

Oh and I forgot to add that My account is on the Battle for Redwall Server,

Er, this could be posted in BFR. Quarantine is just for if your forum account is disabled. As for your account, did you have another account that you deleted? If you sign up too soon after you delete, sometimes that causes it, as the game doesn't relise that the old account is deleted yet, and counts both accounts as active. With Beatle's permission, I would be willing to reinstate your account.

Moved to a visible location. It'll get stuck into fixed bugs (I'm guessing) once resolved.

hey shadowmancer, this is yellow lancer. he i had the same thing happen but we also used the school accont so thats what casued the problem. anyway if u get urs fixed i would apprecate that sirus's warriors and knights of anarchy can get there respective acconts reinstated also (we won't play at school to advoid this problem in the future)

You know, this is getting ridiculous, I have sent in the e-mail, I have posted on the fourms, and I HAVE NOT CHEATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, why hasen't the " almighty" beatales reinstated my account?!

Siruses minions and Woodkrieg Warriors have been re-enabled. I couldn't find Knights of Anarchy, though. Are you sure that is the name that was used?

Edit: Knights of Anarchy is dead...

ok thanx for reinstating us and my friends accont is the divine guards, he was formally knights of anarchy (thats usally his first choice)
