Hello, and welcome to this broadcast of FAF News. I'm Ebony Cat. We are covering two stories tonight, both having to do with clans. The first is concerning BFR, the second CoG. We go now to FAF's finest feline reporter, Crystal, who is covering the BFR story.

That's right Ebony. I'm here outside the login of BFR. As some of you may know, recently a war erupted between two clans, AoD and Six Stars. Two prominent members of AoD, Ruddertail and Urran Voh, had accounts killed in that war. They have vowed to avenge that, and set about making plans. However, it is know several days since these events happened, and neither Ruddertail nor Urran have made an appearance, causing some speculation that they aren't actualy planning anything, but just talked big to regain some of their image.
We tried to reach both Urran and Ruddertail for this story. Ruddertail had no comment except something muttered under his breath about "Sick Stars." We have reson to believe this is a derogetory nickname for the clan Six Stars. Urran Voh could not be reached. The big question tonight is this. Just what are Urran and Ruddertail doing? That is something only a select few know, and it seems they are not telling... [voice fades, then comes back stronger]

I'm here tonight bringing you news on a situation that seems ripe for the outbreak of clan war. The clan Six Stars also exists here, and while AoD does not, Mr. Voh leads another clan in this region. They are both large clans, and it seems likely that past hostilities may be remembered. We tried to reach the leaders of these clans, Mr. Voh and a Mr. F. W. Fighters, as well as Mr. Ruddertail. Mr. Voh and Mr. Fighters were unreachable. Mr Ruddertail had a few comments.

{Picture changes to show Ruddertail} [Voice of male otter] "I can't tell you if I'm involved in this or not, but I can tell you that it looks to be an interesting situation, and I'll be watching it closely. I should think you'd do the same."

Since I was killed on BFR, I have yet to make an appearance, though it looks like the Six Stars have been targeting whomever lays a claw on their clan. It seems like they are afraid or something.

As for COG, as long as Six Stars doesn't overattack us, there will be no need for a war. But if anything goes astray, there won't be no walks in the park for a while. That's all I have to say.

Hello, and welcome to this broadcast of FAF News. I'm Ebony Cat. Tonight we are updating two stories we covered yesterday. As you recall, these had to do with two lands, BFR and CoG, and the bitter battles that seem about to take place within them. For the first story we go live to Crystal, at the entance to BFR. Crystal?

The new developments on this story come in the form of comments on the subject by the leaders of opposing groups, Mr. F. W. Fighters and Mr. Voh. We interviewed both today.

"All I have to say is that I belive that Urran Voh is back and trying to kill my BFR account.
I have a warning for for him: One more attack and you are dead..."

Thank you Crystal. Interesting comments, those. It looks like the war is about ready to break out, since neither leader showed any interest in disscussing the situation, and only delivered warnings to the other side. Now, to cover the CoG side of the story, we go live to Sable, who is at the entrance to CoG.

The story on this side consists also mainly of comments. However, before we go to those, we have a breaking development. DBD, a third clan, has declared war on both AoM and Six Stars. This brings speculation that war will be put off at least a little while, while both clans deal with this threat. It is not expected to be serios, however, since DBD is a minor clan with a membership of only one warband. Now, we go to our comments from the clan leaders.

We were also able to reach Mr. Ruddertail by phone, though he declined an on cammera interview.

"I can't say anything about the Six Stars/AoM situation, but I can say a few words reguarding DBD. I don't think of Jager as too good of a player, and I'd expect that between AoM and Six Stars, he will be delt with easily. I myself could probably take him down in a few runs in a one on one duel. But if they are smart, neither clan leader will take victory for granted. Especilly after what happened to AoD."

In duels, Six Stars appears to have made a league dominateing preformance. Although Chain of Command, one of the two randomly assigned clans tries desprately to cling to life, Six Stars has not won yet. Marauder currently holds the top spot with over 35 million in networth seperateing him form the nearest competator. Although the last Marauder left is said to be very landfat, Six Stars is going to have to be very cordnated if they want to score a break in defences. And even if they do, it is going to be very close. This may very well end up as a draw... As the emperor lacks the turns to destroy Six Stars lacks the power to destroy the powerful last reminant of Marauder. Now back to you Ebony.

Thank you, Bjorn. We're getting word on a breaking news story involving BFR. There are reports that FWF's warband was killed this morning. We go now to Crystal, at the entrance to BFR. Crystal?

{Crystal at usual setting}[Crystal's voice]

That's right Ebony. Shortly after 11:00 AM CST, FWF's warband was killed. The kill run was made by thee warbands, the first two taking the warband to 110, the last finishing up and getting the kill. But those last few hundred acres are always the hardest to get. There is strong speculation that two of the participents were Mr. Ruddertail and Mr. Voh, though most people have no idea who the third perticipent. Some of the leading annalists indicate that the third particapent might have been a Mr. Devari, but there is little hard evidence either way on that one.

We've attempted to contact Mr. Ruddertail and Mr. Voh, but neither was home. This would tend to point to them being part of it, and being away because they were at their warbands finishing up after the kill. We are also trying to reach the owner of the destroyed warband, Mr. Fighters, but so far have had no luck. That's all there is to be had from hear, back to you Ebony.

Well, we've found out who killed Mr. Fighters warband. It was, indeed, Mr. Voh and Mr. Ruddertail, as well as a Mr. Weaver. We have comments from Mr. Ruddertail and Mr. Voh, and so we'll play them for you know.

"Well, FWF had it comming. What did he expect after killing both Urran and I? As for the kill, it was rather easy with three people. Urran and Weaver took FWF to 110 acres, and I took out the last bit. Though, as you know, those last few hundred acres are the hardest, since you get so little land per attack.

I don't really see why FWF had to start killing. We had no real intention to kill when the war started. But I guess FWF is just the kind of player that thinks the only way to win is to kill. Sometimes killing is neccesary, sure, but not always, not normally, even. If you just smushle the opponent, you can save turns, and avoid making an enemy who'll try to kill you for the rest of the round. They can pop up at the worst times, you know. Like when you're about to take the top, and then someone maxes you with murders, and someone else takes you to thee thousand acres with personal war. That really messes up domination plans, you know. You have to spend your next few days trying to stay alive. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't, either way, you lose your oppertunity to take the top. In BFR, you may not get more then one chance."

Well, the way we understand it, things happened something like this. Mr. F. W. Fighters had been repeatedly sacking Mr. Voh. Mr Voh had asked Mr. Fighters to stop, and when Mr. Fighters refused, Mr. Voh felt that he had to go to war to defend himself. So far, the war hasn't been particularly fierce, but that could change. We are trying to reach both Mr. Voh and Mr. Fighters for comment on this. We were able to reach Mr. Ruddertail, but declined to comment on it. That's all from here. Back to you, Ebony.

Thank you, Sable. We are getting word from expert serveroligists that the regular earthquake that rocks one, or sometimes both, servers is expected to occour on April 1st. This earthquake, as you know, destroys all warbands, crushing their buildings and scattering troops, hawks and workers in the chaos. Food and cash are also lost, as can be expected. The time has been estimated to be about 1:00 PM EST, and all warband generals are advised to prepare their warbands for the final ranking which takes place just before the earthquake. This is done by removing stored food, troops and cash from various places, running all turns, and doing anything else that will increase their networth.

Related to this is the fact that Mr. Ruddertail is said to be forming his own clan. There is no info avalible as to what the name of the clan will be, but we do know that windhound, a very well respected player, is part of it, as well as some other players who are known to be reasonably skilled. All in all, it looks like it is shaping up to be a decent clan. Mr. Ruddertail was not interested in commenting, and all other members said that they had orders from Mr. Ruddertail that clan info was to be kept silent for now. We will certainly keep you updated as to this situation.

I could, however this is basicly a one person project, and between that, and the amount of news reguarding each server I'm able to collect, I don't really see it being necesary to create multiple topics.
