Mr. Beatles walks in. There is no stony silence.
Mr. B: Hello, Mr. Alcaline. What are you doing today?
Mr. A: *laughs*
Mr. B: I see. *puts on sunglasses* Well, we had better take you to our headquarters for something or other.
Mr. A: What if I don't throw paper balls and yell?
Mr. B: Then you might get a good grade, Mr. Alcaline.
Mr. B: *walks out*

*Ruddertail walks in.* I'm not realy a newbie, and I've learned somthing about stratagies from the playing the game, but I have a feeling I've got a lot more to learn. No questions, so I'm ready when you are, Professor.

Yes....
For those of you new to our class, that's Mr. Beatles, our principal.

Alcaline is somewhat right, this class is where you learn strats on how to successfully be a good player. You can kill in strats, though it's not recomended.

So, for todays lesson we will learn the basic happy pony raiser strat, or HPR strat. In this strat, you scout for almost or all your turns. If you want to, you can build farms, markets, or guards. Each of these have different actions on your warband. There are many versions of this strat, so pick the one you like. *stops for a breath* Does anyone know the pros and cons of this strat?

(beatles, this is a perfect time to put of the newbie game)

Er, I'm not sure. Is on of the cons that you don't have many troops? You didn't say anything about building barracks.

Yes very good. A major con about this strat is that it takes no effort to break though you unless you build guards. Many people have realized this and only do this strat in slow servers where there's not a lot of attacking.

*enters classroom and raises hand* Pros are you can send aid to whomever you want to, allies especially; you have a high net on low land (if you use farm/trade more than scout); or you have high land to distribute to others (if you're feeling nice and scout 100% of the time, but to do this, you must have a low net)

Cons: people break you easily, so if you plan on sticking around for long, don't use this strat; you have no military to gain a significant amount of land; and you have no Hawks to protect your resources

Just started Prof. IFman! ;)
Ah, hello Professor Urran.
Aaa, no "Professor" just "Urran" or "Teach" will do fine! ;)

As I have not tried the full HPR strat myself, I'm pointing out the pros and cons that I have seen from other people in the past.

Question not relating to class: Is this an RPG, 'cause IFman is using qoutes! :P
