Server: BFR
Testing Time:
2,695 Turns Used.
April 5th to 8th.
About 3.74 days.
Money: 1.2 billion.
Food: 196 million.
Troops:
Mice: 28 million.
Squirrels: 13.1 million
Hares: 12.7 million.
Otters: 5.9 million.

Notes:
This is a very good indy strat because you don't have to worry about running out of food, and you can produce large amounts of troops. If you are going to take all of your troops of the market at the end of a run, build up a strong hawk defense. Otherwise, build as many huts as indicated only if you plan on killing. If you're probably not going to kill anyone, 10% huts will do. Loyalty should only be used for hawk healing, raising defenses, and preparing raiders. Shrew is probably the best race to pick. If you have a safe amount of excess cash, feel free to build almost all barracks. I wouldn't advise selling troops on the Bazaar unless you are going to run out of cash and food very quickly, or you have a ton of troops on the market already and you're losing too much cash. If you're low on resources, sell a few troops and change much of your barracks to foragers. Selling food will be your main source of imcome. Remember that putting troops on the public market lowers costs by a lot. At the end of each run, sell most of your food so that people don't steal it, and buy stocks that you think will go up. If you are in a clan, use the Treasury for your food. Put as many troops as you can on the public market when you're out of turns to lower losses if someone murders you.

Yes, but before, a brief note. On some games, it is not possible to make all your money by selling food, and on those I generally produce my cash from troop selling. Troop-selling can be very profitable, on FAF too, except that it caps out after a certain amount of troops. If you reach a certain number of troops on only so much land, your barracks will not make more troops than you need to sell to keep up the ones you have. Until then though, you can use troop selling.

Ok I got a question. Say you have 35 mil mice aleady and about 1 mil each hares and otters and abot 700k squirrels, but you have 39.5 bil in stocks... is that enough to get that big of an army?
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

If you're talking to me, I died so that's what I had when I died and I wanted to know if it could match Nohc's army. Nohc, do you store your troops on the market?Zephyrus wrote: You have this much already?
Wow, I'm far behind.

I got so much mainly by taking advantage of how much land is in the game.
I do use markets, most of my troops were on the market.
Well, rats cost a default of 400, so you could buy 40 million rats with your 40 bil. That's 20 squirrels, or 10 mil hares, and 6 2/3 mil otters I think... but money's much more flexible than troops. Also, you could get more troops than what I said if you bought them at a cheaper price or if you used barracks to produce your troops.
