Nohc is your friend. When you begin avenging every single kill, it goes into a circle and limits certain parts of the game.

True. But I would make an exception in the case of this gondor, for he is a kill monger and a threat to all. Therefore, all should unite to show him that his brutal ways will not be tolerated. Otherwise, I would not advise killing in retal for anyone but friends/allies.
