That would be /really/ nasty for those last desperate moments of a kill run. :P

If you mean an auto scout for when you get down to say 200 acres that would be a good so long as you can configure it me thinks :)
I do not have a signature, you must be imagining

Well, that'd sure make killing a lot harder. If we don't force standard attacks under 500 acres, this would definatly be a good idea.

Or, perhaps you are given 1 acer upon your next login after being "killied" with the insurance.

Nev, probably not.
That would mean kills would be impossible while protection is in effect.
So long as that person could come back, and scout, and get more insurance.
I would prefer something always-on to a proper degree, but not too strong.
Back. I think.

Well say if the kill insurance was acttivated you lose say 50% of your men that way it will still really destory your war band.

Well, aside from that being ineffective for massers, and even indies.
Since, you won't lose more than one troop type.

Okay, but also:
I log in.
I log out.
I get hit past 50%.
Kill insurance activates.
I log back in. Reactivate insurance.
Back. I think.

Ok I was unclear.
When you get hit down to hower much say 1 k
Kill insurense activates.
When it actives you lose 50% of all your man and hawks and maby your resoucer or mabyeven more.
So you lose most of you men, hawks, and resorces and have say 1 land.
your are pritty much better to start again unless you have tons of men still.

I really think the best way to make kills harder while still allowing them is to force people to use standard attacks under 500 acres. That way, you'd have to be very coordinated and plan well to kill an oppenent. However, smashing someone hard wouldn't be prevented.

EDIT: 1500 posts! Whoohoo! :D

imo standard attacks is not a good idea
it is overly cumbersome and complex as well as not making much sense in the game context

if you are going to go for something like that
youd be better off by just reinstating limits on clanless
