No, a good strat makes perfect. :*laughs*: I played for a year with a poor strat, and stunk. I've played for four months with a good strat, and finnished top 5 consistantly. With people like Urran and Devari playing, too, I might add. But practice does help too... :D

You shouldn't have to. Every strat has weaknesses, so if you find a strat you like, just keep working on it and prefecting it.

Odd. I've never been killed while running a hawk strat.

Yea, I mean Wolf Bite.

Trust me, I'll find kinks, one way or another!

Doesn't matter to me Corban, but we'll see what plays out first.

(This doesn't violate the new rule, does it? It's on topic about the clans)

I don't think it would violate the rule. It's a discussion about forming clans on a topic about forming clans. Plus you also said something else that was definatly on topic, and that was included leagle.

If you want WB in your clan, you'll have to PM him, I think. I don't know that he reads much of the forums, from what he said it sounded like he only read a few select things...

And, remember, if you poke a snake in the side, you get the return stroke in the arm. And the snake's bite is poisonious...

I'm think I'm going to try a designed strat next time.

I've died from doing the hawk gig. I was pretty low, so I got finished off.
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

That was probably your problem. I don't care what strat you use, you cannot let yourself get too low. If you find yourself under 5k, attack, even if you're not ready to make your run. Get above 10k or so. Otherwise, if someone's trying to kill you, you almost might as well drop to 1 arce and drop all troops, because they'll kill you just as easy...

True, but if someone takes a dislike to you, you can't really avoid getting nailed, short of going unbreakable...

True... But it takes a lot of planning to go unbreakable. You can't just buy 10 mil of each troop type and think nothing can touch you. Give me a good run or two on 10k land and I'll break you wide open with mice... But we're getting a little off topic...
