Ok, here a clarification!
I follow the orders given to me by the clan leader! otherwise I'm peacfull exept some smalll landgrabs! And I did not know about some treaties or anything!

I don't break any aliannces or treatys if i know of any, but the clan leaders do not post any info, who we have a treaty with!

And i am not a killmonger!!!!!!!!

Killmonger? No one accused you of being a kill monger. If you didn't know about the treaty, then I don't see how anyone can blaim you. You just followed orders. But anyway, this is settled, so it needn't be brought up again.

Ruddertail asked me to verify his honour on the subject of how he was informed of FWF's orders to attack Ruddertail. What I can verify is that Ruddertail indeed was messaged by a person, who I assume attacked him (I will not name him for anonymity.), who apologized to him for the attack, citing superior orders. On Ruddertail's question, the individual revealed that the attack had been ordered by FWF. I assume that refers to Fresh Water Fighters. I cannot prove that Ruddertail did not use his admin account to view messages or otherwise abuse his adminstrative status, but I think I have conclusively proved that for the incident mentioned, he had absolutely no need to do so, being informed in a perfectly legitimate (and non-forgable) private message in-game.
I would also like to mention that as person responsible for most staff appointments, I sincerely hope, no, place my trust in the fact that, no staff member would abuse their powers. The only transgressions in the past have stemmed from misunderstandings of the extent of admin powers. In this case, I can be certain that there has been no misunderstanding, so by the above evidence and my own judgement, I conclude that Ruddertail has acted fairly and honestly throughout.

I took the time to verify this as his honour was called into question and he appealed to me to restore it. I would be happy to do similarly for any one of you who feels that their honour has been besmirched and would like to appeal to an external power to verify it.

I must say something... I did know about FWF's plan... I can't remember if I agreed or promoted it though... But know that I look back it was a bad idea.. I want to revoke what I said before that I would NOT kill anymore because it was a stupid thing to say... I WILL kill and if ruddertail is way high and I can't take him down without killing, so be it. Ruddertail, just CHILL! Man, don't worry about killing or getting killed... I agree that kill mongers shouldn't be allowed and that they should be done away with.. but an occasional kill to get higher on an experienced player is a strategic move. I don't mind getting killed once in a while!! I am not saying that I am just going to kill anyone that is higher.. most of the time I will just hit them hard and then get out of their reach, but when I need to I WILL KILL, if there is no other way I can hold the top or get to the top...

That's what I have to say... Tell me what you think.

I don't think you should kill someone's account because you can't beat them. Maybe smushles to 100 land, but not kill.

But with Ruddertail if you smush him to 100 land he would take that as a kill run then kill you.
So you would still have to kill him.

If you kill someone because you can't beat them, then you're a coward. Simple as that. There is no need, ever, to kill. If you can't beat someone, then you don't beat them. Simple as that. They dominate, and you sit second rank to them. Not every clan can dominate, but if a clan can't, that doesn't give them the right to resort to killing people off. That's like breaking you're opponents' hands so you can win a chess match.

You make killing sound is you were doing it in real life.
It is possable to kill therefore it can be used to get the atavanatage over someone else weather it is cowardedly or not.

Then what's the point of kills being part of the game?! huh? If you can't beat them then they will beat you down and rule without hinderence!! But if you kill the ruling man then you have a chance at the top! Just cuz you don't want to start your warband over or lose your chance at winning doesn't mean we shouldn't kill you or whoever the ruling one is! A coward huh? Doing something such as killing to get to the top is cowardice? Isn't that the point of the game? To get to the top and win? Or is all "honor" and "just"? If I have to kill to win an internet game and tick some people off along the way then I will.. And if people do get really ticked off then they should get a life if a simple internet game gets them mad...

I am still not saying that senseless killing is OK but if I can't do anything else to win and I WANT to win then I won't pause because of being called a coward... I will try to just take them down without killing first but if I can't... I WANT TO WIN!

I may be too but I think the point of this game is to have fun.
