It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

BFR reset is the 1st of every month.

P.S. You couldn't break me. In troops. You couldn't hawk-battle me to death either. :P

60-70 hawk battles though. Ended up with what? 1.3k land? I had a shield up, but I still coud've been murdered.

Well, it's a shame the top 5 players were all set on vacation, as my hawks were at there best for the entire set and I was gonna go on a kill run. Oh well, that'll have to wait untill next set. Congrats to the top ten, I just scrapped in at 9th, but given the chance, the top five would of been a lot weaker :D . Again, congrats, now I must prepare for the new set,

Lotr rocks!

"Two" said Gimli, patting his axe. He had returned to his place on the wall. "Two?" said Legolas. "I have done better, though now I must Grope for lost arrows; all mine are gone. Yet I make my tale twenty at the least. But that is only a few leaves in a forest."

"Twenty-one!" said Gimli. "Good!" said Legolas. " But my count is now two dozen. It has been knife work up here."

"Forty-two, master Legolas!" he cried. "Alas! My axe is notched; the forty-second had an Iron collar on his neck. How is it with you?" "You have passed my score by one," answered Legolas. "But I do not grudge you the game, so glad am I to see you on your legs!"

There hammer on the anvil smote,
There chisel clove, and graver wrote;
There forged was blade, and bound was hilt;
The delver mined, the mason built.
There beryl, pearl, and opal pale,
And metal wrought like fishes' mail,
Buckler and corslet, axe and sword,
And shining spears were laid in hoard.

WOAH! this site rocks man!

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.
