Otters are no problem..I can buy out the Bazaar on 34K land. (Buy max everything)

Not if you're limited to what you can buy on the bazzar. I remember getting over 10 mil mice on 10k in one run on CoG, probably not with full turns...

Rudder no longer has the Hawks to Murder me 60+ times a day, and he can't keep up with my military when he's on 6-10K land.

Well im supplying ruddertail with land

...it make take him a while to get more land but he will do it espeically if quite weakens you to very low nw, then Almost nothing stands in his way.

Accept urran you said roll has 2 hawkers that could bring people down with murder very easily that might casue a problem casue i dont think we have any hawkers.
oh well
