gah! problems after I installed it... guess I won't be able to play it

keeps saying an error whenever I try to play...
it says:

error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x800 30002)

(this goes for the patcher as well...)

When I try to patch it manually, it says "Canvas.dll is corrupt"

Whoa. The only problem I had was a monitor frequency setting issue with my other PC, but that was fixed easily...

something with my computer obviously, I'd do my sister's computer, but than even if it worked, the internet connection would disappear every few seconds since it usually takes 2 tv shows and a half to load one page... (sometimes never...)
