When I attempt to declare peace with a neutral warband, I recive the message that "You are already at peace with another warband". However, at the attack screen I am not shown to be at peace with anyone.

Earlier, I attempted to declare peace with someone who was at war with my clan. The game told me that I couldn't do that.

Fixed. It was a typo. It wouldn't let you declare peace if you were at war with another warband.
