Then people could sit online all day and never be attacked. You may have all the time in the world, but some people fit FAF into their busy schedule and can't wait hours for someone to get offline just so they can attack them. You may think we're being rude, but you're wrong. If our player base will never grow because only people with understanding minds will think it's fun, I have no problem with that.

you violate your own rules. thats the problem you do not online. You can not justify it by any means what soever. You can try but you can not . No matter what you believe, if onlining is against the rules, and it is against the rules. Then it can not be done, period no matter what. You Nohc broke this rule. So did ohmyjapan16. Why because some people it seems have no regard for the rules. Hmmm without rules it is not a game. Its just a slug fest ,and a slug fest is something i wish not to play. Without clearly defined rules you will not get players. I know of several online games where if you blantantly online someone. You get a warning by the admin not to do so. If you continue to online you get banned . Hmmm it keeps the rules just fine .

it's not a big rule, it's a bad thing to do, but it's normal gameplay, and people get onlined all the time. they shoudn't, but that's just the truth of it, people don't get banned for onlining people. You are way too serious about it, and that's why people want to mess with you.

yeah, just an unwritten one that isn't enforced (unlike killing, people won't go attacking people just for onlining, unless they were onlined themselves. If it was a rule, how come we are able to attack people that are online in the first place? it isn't a rule, just something bad to do)

Well its a rule none the less it must be enforced, if your going to have this rule enforce it. I am not telling those who made it what to do, this is just suggesting the either enforce the rule, or throw it out, if the throw it out. I will not play, and i know many other will not play .

it isn't a rule, cause if it was, then the game wouldn't let us attack people who are online in the first place. Hence, it isn't a rule.

do not delete your account man...or girl...dunno *laughs*

any case, keep it. if some one onlines you, then their health is down when they do it, attack back, heh, i have gotten more land than i have lost before doing this and i have also almost gotten kilt. i think it is just a really cool war play and it takes some stratagy ... and guessing ... to figure out how to master it...

oops...
but none of the above relates to your point at all! *laughs*.
any case, do not go. Darklands has just left and i am taking a break from BFR. !

just get your revenge!
all about FAVRE, come on...you know you want to click it

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

Well maybe we should make a rule about how long you can stay online. Point is, some people actually have lives and can't wait for you to stop camping just so you will avoid being attacked. You don't even need your land when you're not doing you're run and you don't have any turns. Personally, I think camping to avoid being attacked is far worse than onlining a camper. I would never attack someone in a middle of a run, but after their net stayed the same for 15+ min and you know they have no turns left, and I had somewhere to go, you bet I would attack them. Oh yea, and no one had half the land of the person camping. When I said onlining was bad, I was talking about during the middle of someone's run. That has happened to me before and it pretty much made me want to break my computer, therefore, I don't do it.
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

The thing is he had no turns... so he wasn't doing a run, and couldn't attack back. As Japan said, it's just like any land grab when someone's offline.

yeah, there should be like in the profile page (without having to espionage) showing how many turns they have, or at least show if it's below 20 or something

Ryndell, we don't make it so the game disalows online attacks simply because then some people will sit around all day and just refreshing the page, or get/write a program that does it for them.

While onlining is bad, it's not against the game rules. Simply insisting that it is against the rules doesn't do you any good. These are the unwriten rules of the community, and unless Beatles steps in and hands down a judgement on this, then it remains as the community says.

Online hitting during a run is malicious. Online hitting while someone is waiting for turns, or sitting online messaging another player is slightly rude, but sometimes necessary. If people didn't camp while they waited for turns, then we would have as many problems. I admit to camping, but if someone starts hitting me while I'm camping, and then reminds me that I was indeed camping (a "Stop hitting me" message has become a reflex), I'll normally let them hit me. If I'm storing cash/food, that's another story.

But yeah, like Kracken said, if someone's going to online you, just smash them. Take them way down there in land, murder then a few dozen times if you can, standard them, that kind of thing.

Yep, all that stuff is all fair and legal... just don't go killing me please. I've had to deal with enough killings this round. XD
