As I belive I pointed out elsewhere, Kracken wasn't killmongering. He may have been killing unecessarilly, he may have had a reason. But it wasn't kill mongering. Kill mongering is when you go around picking on the lower ranks just to get your kill count up. Killing unecessarilly isn't really much better, but it's not kill mongering, since you're picking on decent sized targets.

I woudn't expect it from Kracken. He might kill unecesarilly at times, but otherwise he's fairly honerable.
