Well seeing as Hawkers is an open clan..I can see how me didn't mean to join it, if he was in a rush that is.

Well if a clan didn't have a pass to it, someone could have easily accidentally just clicked "Join Clan" and be in (especially if they were in a rush).

its an open clan and he would have had to click join clan link then select the clan and hit join

If an open clan has a password and the empire tries to join that clan using the first option (putting in the password), he/she still has to type the password to be accepted.

Why would he have been looking at the "Join Clan" page in the first place, if he hadn't wanted to join a clan?

Well, I hit him a good amount right after I booted him and his stats have been posted many times, so I think he's been punished enough. XD

I just realized that the set is about to end and I have tons of money to spend in two days...

Actually, it's quite a bit over $50 bil... All that net that suddenly dissapeared? That was me putting my cash in stocks. XD
