Hello FAF players and newcomers!

We have just reset, and installed the new FAF v2.0 codebase! Apart from the feature improvements and bugfixes, we have also created a new server, War of the Ages, that will never reset (not even in code changes!). Most excitingly to some of you though, the second
Capture The Flag!
server is also starting! So sign up and play, this is a really exciting time in FAF history.

Cheers,
~Beatles :)

Is it true about the BM prices being raised?
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

I can't change the tax rate or the training percentages in war of the ages, when I change one, and I go to change the other, then it just goes back to default, and when I leave the page and come back, everythings at default

Is there a full list of feature updates anywhere, or would someone like to make one?

Well if you've been playing dev you've been getting it all. But essentially we've concentrated on 1. improving gameplay, 2. improving ease of playability, 3. making it cronless.

I didn't play Dev that much but I saw a lot of suggestions in the forums and I'm not sure which were implemented. I guess I'll figure them out as I go. No big changes were made anyway, right?

Hm? Farming is still fine, hawking is still fine.

Theorectically, things are looking:
(Farming == Indy) > Hawking
Instead of:
Farming > Indy > Hawking

In my opinion, the change is a very good one.

With Grumm it would be decent, but it looks like indy is supreme now. Now I have to learn a new strat. :( S'pose I moved on to indy anyways. At least I have 4 servers to practice on at once. ;) :P

indy>hawking>farming.

Indy got boosted for troop selling, while farming got decreased from the BM pricing.

IMO, Farming still beats Hawking...But that may be because I never did /extremely/ well while Hawking.
