I dont mean to start another argument but some people dont visit the forums and others who like general promisance just plain cant be bothered to read stuff as they think they know what they are doing. However you could put something on the military/attack page saying "reccommended you dont hit one player more than 7 times as they might take this as an offence" or something like that.

Nope. This is a player-only regulation; not game policy, and I certainly won't touch the code to accomodate it. It is up to those enforcing to rule to watch it is obeyed and accomodate "victims".

A simple message to offenders is plenty enough. The concept of 'first warning' is a good one; you can just tell them that the players have agreed that this game's etiquette is a max. of 7 attacks, so would they please respect that in the future.
