i declared war on uv in woa and now its permanently green XD i think this could possibly be a bug *laughs*

No, it's green to mean "you can attack this dude safely". The colors are documented somewhere in GD...

it shows everyone in white and light green is they are maxed but his is in war color of green (like on bfr)

argh how do you post screen shots....
it shows a blue for clan mates
whitefor other players
a light greenish for maxed players
almost a neon green for war

White is nutral. Dull green is maxed. Yellow is too high/low to attack without desertion. Bright Green is enemy, caused by war.
