Is the requirements for emporership the same on all servers? And does it have to be declared before time starts or can it be declared after?
I know the voices in my head arn't real but they usually have some pretty good ideas.

Well, there used to be two servers which all reset every once in a while and there were also special rounds in which you could win. Right now you can only win a round a BFR because WOA never ends.

Nuke: I don't think you have to declare it, but I like to. Anyways, most of the time it's obvious. Though it'd be kind of lame if you sat in first place for 10 days with only 20 mil net above the next person. XD

Considering the required reign for BFR is 10 days, shouldn't WOA be longer? Say, 14 days - a full 2 weeks.

I'd tend to agree. Since WOA is so much slower, 14 days would be a good idea.

Heh, you'll have to do better then just pulling a bunch of troops to take emp. You'll have to keep gaining net, and hogging land helps, too.
