For those of you who celebrate it, have any of you put up your lights yet? I got most of mine up in abnormally warm november weather (I was putting up xmas lights in a t-shirt for crying out loud!), but had to put up some in the rain yesterday.

The lights always go up before black friday, at least on the outside of the house. I usually save the tree and inside decorations till dec 1st though.

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

I don't like when people start celebrating a major holiday (such as Christmas) before the current major holiday (Thanksgiving) has taken place yet. Maybe people just don't care about Thanksgiving anymore. XD

Anyway, nice arrangement. We had warm weather about a week ago, but it's cold and even snowing here now. XD
