Yeah... If that's all from troops, we could have some serious problems, here.

It wasn't even that. It was somewhere around 400 - 500 mil net. Must have been stored net...

Alright, deduction time.

1. He has alot of cash at all times if people keep pounding him for it, and they must be getting quite a bit if they continue attacking.

2. It's not food because people stopped attacking him for food after like 1-2 attacks.

3. It's not troops, because people were breaking him when he had like 1 bil net. That would talk something like 100 mil of one troop type.

4. If he has all this cash on his warband, he is most likely cashing. I don't see how in what, 2 months, how he could have 16 billion networth made up of purely cash. There has to be an X factor.

I have a question. Drahken, what is your build, if you'd be willing to share.
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

I'm guessing it is cash. A whole lot of it.

If someone can get up to 330 million networth and declare war on BDS, they can hit him. Just to put that out there - anyone up to the challenge. ;)

Getting up here can actually be done in just a hour or 2 under ideal conditions, or a couple days under less than ideal conditions. I went from 50mil NW to 500mil NW in one shot, and have repeatedly gone from 500mil to 50bil in one shot.

So it's some sort of exploit? There's no known fair strategy that can bump you from 500m to 50bi in just one shot. I guess the options now are:

1 - Leave the game this way
2 - Beatles take a look at what happened and decide if this is an exploit or not

As far as I know, it's no exploit.
..and by "1 shot", I don't mean just 1 turn or 1 spell, I mean one series of turns and/or spells, which can be done in about 30mins or less.

Well, I've espied him many a time (is Laffy Taffy) and have taken $1 tril cash from him, but this is pocket change. Yesterday, Pumpkin Head had $10 tril out...Too bad I couldn't take it. :P

So, he is running some sort of casher or worker strat since his net bounces up and down with a few troops thrown in.

EDIT:

Pumpkin to Go (#25)
Turns 0 (max 350)
Turns Stored 35 (max 250)
Rank #1
Workers 1,049,933
Land Acres 24,460
Money $8,258,106,592,902
Food 2,619,061
Runes 1,231,861
Networth $2,864,210,256
Era Southsward
Race Badger
Health 64%
Tax Rate 55%
Mice 15,135,525
Squirrels 4,510,871
Hares 4,663,126
Otters 4,512,009
Hawks 143,419

Stole $3 tril. :P

EDIT 2: I just passed him in net after I stole another tril in cash and bought troops.

There's no way he can have a 16 bil net made up solely from cash, after a few odd months on runs of like 50k tops.

I've just been looking into this. It appears the strat is legitimate and would work on other Promisances as well. I am still checking though.

Heh... interesting... one of our FAF features allows for this... I wonder how this strat would fare on another Promi codebase...

No, there's no accounting for it. Drahken, as an Admin, I request you to PM me exactly what you are doing. Be sure to include what turns you spend. It won't be revealed.

Ah, found the bug! Well... that was interesting...

Anyways, it is now fixed. Drahken gets to keep the cash, since he did not know it was a bug. I've restored his account to normal, and he will have 48 hours of immunity from unclanned warbands. I'd request the rest of you to not hit him excessively until he has had a chance to sign on and appraise the situation.

Show's over, folks.

[edit] I'm not telling anyone the bug until our new release has been on SourceForge for a little while.
