Minor Bug: Notepad (and message system?)

When I paste something on the notepad, I've found it often inserts three \\\ into words with apostrophees. Here's the standard WOA welcome message as an example:

Hello, new player. Welcome to FAF. If you\\\'re new here, please feel free to message me with any questions you might have. If you\\\'re but a new account for an old hand, then delete this message, get out there, and have fun!

Fixed in: Profiles, Notepad, Crier, MOTD, Messages. (It was fixed in some of those already.)
