I took the liberty of making everyone's dev accounts buy out the raffle. What I wish to ascertain is whether backdating works or not. The game should backdate the news to noon at server time. We shall see.

It appears to be dating from 6:00 AM CST, or 7:00 EST. That's the time it's holding the drawings.
