The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

No, hawks are fine, I'd think. You don't even need 1% huts to get a good enough ratio to raise defenses, which limits hawk stealing to 1% cash, the bottom of the range for sack.

Look, Rudder had this really detailed and well thought-out proposal. I'm giving it a trial run for one month on one server, 's not the end of the world. I'm not going to change it in this topic. You've got a month to try it and make an alternative suggestion or disagree with it formally, even if not in as much detail as Rudder.

Gondor, we take out things that are unbalanced. Stocks unbalanced the game and made for poor gameplay by allowing extreme amounts of cash to be stored. Heros unbalanced the game because Brome was too powerful.

In short, we care more about the gameplay then the features. We want the game to be ballanced, not cater to people who just want to store a bunch of cash and then buy out the bazzar a few times. We want emperors with power, not emperors with a pile of net who can't even attack the guy below them, and can't support themselves without hidous amounts of cash.

We'll put stocks back once we cap and/or delay them, of course.

I agree. Storing monies in stocks is really kind of cheap...but then again it is innovative...perhaps a stock limit cap would suffice? That way you could make monies on the market, but not have billions of shares.

We're working on a cap, and a solution to the over-excess of market storing, as well. But in the mean time, it was easier to just remove stocks...
