So does anyone know much about Hex?
I seem to be a tiny little tad in over my head on my newest project.

The project I am working on is to mod a game I play called "Red Baron 3D."
Unfortunately, the owners of said game (Sierra/Dynamix/Vivendi) refuse to sell us the source code...
So far so good... thanks guys!

You'll need more than just a hex editor to do that, you'll need to know a bit of x86 assembler...

Depends on what you're trying to do, I think... You can modify some games quite a bit with only a hex editor, but that's usually only stuff like missions and maybe planes or something.
