Yes... thank you Bernard.

I mean, thanks, we'll work on it. Probably some function like gamefactor_round(). Someone please file it in Bugs.

I noticed Macedon's heavies got changed to horsemen, why not just call it Cavalry?

Look at the other troops. It's because they need to be plurals of individual troops, i.e. it's more natural to say "200 Horsemen" than "200 Cavalry".

Hmf. Not really, but if you feel that way, nothing I can do to change your mind. It's just not historically correct, and cavalry is plural on its own. The singular would be cavalryman.

Cavalry is ambiguous, it can be used in both the singular and plural sense.

But what do you mean, historically incorrect? Last I checked, the definition of cavalry WAS people mounted on horses.

I always though of cavalry as horsemen in an organized force. Cavalrymen were single horsemen in a cavalry. A horsemen alone was just that, a horsemen. But what are multiple horsemen not in an orgaized force?

I believe that horsemen do not necessarilly have to be armed. They can be a fighting force, but they can also be a scouting force, or just a group of people out riding for the fun of it. Whereas a cavalry force is always armed.

*Points to Rudder* Exactly my friend. A horseman can just be someone riding a horse, a cavalryman is a trained warrior carrying weapons in a cohesize fighting force. The Macedonian cavalry were one of the more fearsome fighting forces to ever be created, it is an insult to call them mere "horsemen". Two different meanings, and the reason one is historically inaccurate.
