Yes..If someone is killed, it causes the violating side to be destroyed. All others will stop fighting and assist. When we start to fight, I would like all the "commanders" to message eachother to keep a diplomatic channel open. We don't have to have formal relations, but I want channels.

Meh, I hope you're not trying to turn my war into a killing war, Neo. This is WOA, if we can avoid kills, all the better. If some psycho decides to kill, I think the arrangement is that all parties jump them, then resume warfare as normal...

I once thought that a war without kills was possible until I met a player named Juska... time and time again we managed to tear him down, weaken him to a point we thought suitable for him to surrender... but he just kept coming and coming again.

The personalities that will clash in this war are such that it will be virtually impossible to declare victory until your enemies willingly surrender, which I also see as an unlikely event.

Yes...We know that at some point it will elavate to such a level, but if we can delay it for as long as possible. That is why we have implemented such a harsh penalty for such an act. No one should have any reason to just up and kill someone.

When the time comes for one of us to surrender...when it has dragged out long past its time, I'm sure that we can end it. Hopefully by not using the "Nuclear Option" but by peaceful diplomacy. I would charge you, Neo, to assist in this. Your skill at negotiating is unserpassed. So...will you do this?
