You can antisocial grab while blocking. It just cancels the guard. Its too fast to respond too. You just see the hand all of a sudden.

You cancelled the grab, but got hit.

Right Volkov. That attack is slow. I could easity just do my Upforward B+K, which is my unblockable. Lucky, I jump onto my zanbato and am above the arrows.

Seung's Only unblockable is where she plants the blade of the zanbato into the ground, flips up on it so her hair is hanging down. Then she falls foward and lands on her feet, slaming the zanbato onto your head. She is above the arrows when she is on top, but if you time it right, you could hit her. But I doubt you can, as you have only a few frames to do it.
