Right... I believe that I came up with the reservist idea in one topic. I'll find it. It would essentially eliminate market storing, and also reduce kills on large empires by small ones.

Essentially, We could make taking things off the Public Market much more costly, or make it so you can't. That would make it more interesting. Might as well try it out, see how it runs.

Reserves are an even older concept than that. It's been around for at least a year, I'm sure of it. It was discussed a while back in depth... I think most of it liked us, but we never really got around to hammering it all out.

What is: Is that we either need to decide if its a good idea, and work on development. Or just kill it and let it die.
