Idea: craigslist-style signups

The idea is, you don't get to choose your password at signup, but in the email, you receive a link that lets you log in, and requires you to set your password immediately. This gives both convenience and validation of the email addy without tedious copying and pasting.

yeah that sounds like an idea... because copying and pasting can get annoying, and I never remember to change my password either...
