Bazaar re-fill

The Bazaar re-fill rate appears to be unusually slow, at least for me.

I've gained 32k available troops in 36 hours. I think that, normally, given the amount of land and high NWs, I ought to have gained considerably more. I've never run into this kind of thing before at any size on any game, which is what makes me think it's a bug.

My bazaar is still quite bizarre - I haven't bought from it in days, and still only 42k... unless it refiles based on turns. But it either case, there's something wrong, because I used to be able to run a pure agrarian strat, and now it won't work...

These are HU, (Heavy Units, Troop 3). I don't know if I'd have the same problem with other units...

The formula has not changed recently... I still don't know what causes this. Can you give approximate figures of what you expected the bazaar availability to be?

Somewhere in the neighborhood of several 100k. 3 - 4, or more. And that it would refill to that about every 24 - 36 hours.

This isn't off any concrete numbers, but the fact that, until recently, I could run a pure agrarian, make a run every 24 - 36 hours, and was never short on troops. The only time I ever remember bazaar being a problem is when I'd suddenly have a lot more land available. But that always corrected itself by my next run, once the bazaar had adjusted to increased net/land.

Bazaar refills over time, based on net, correct? Or is it based on land?

IIRC bazaar is based on land and camps.
