I suggest the raising of the attack limit to 31 on BFR. With the current system, you can hardly do any damage to an empire. The only way you can really do damage to an empire is if you are involved in a clan war. I think the land should be able to move more freely, instead of being more locked up. There's no way to beat down an empire. The server's called Battle for Redwall, not Argument for Redwall.

Also, instead of raising the attack limit, the amount of additional attacks on a maxed empire per hour could be significantly raised.

I like the idea of raising the hit limit. In fact, I believe I proposed it a while ago, myself. As I recall, it was voted down then "due to a lack of players".

It appears we have a pretty good amount of players. Not big, but probably twice or even three times as much as at BFR's lowest ebb. So, at the very least, let's consider it - for BFR, if not WOA.
