Is it contagious as well or is it strictly a genetic disease? Is it curable or is it another one of those diseases that they only come up with things to curb it but never cure it?

Short answer: transmitted by breeding to practically everyone.

Long answer: those people who do not live by Reason use a human conscience and a social conscience as handy guides without having to work out for themselves what philosophy/code/creed/rational process they want to set themselves by. Those who do have worked out the problem for themselves, and can use their rational basis to determine their actions, or adjudicate them later.

Well no, I would have killed you then got him to boot me. Or would have taken off all of my troops and rose to a very big net which would be very hard to kill and run on vacation, then returned once the time has elapsed and leave the clan.
