At 89k land it only takes 50-60 turns to scout up 11k land.
It's really not hard to do with mage scouting when you get 500 acres a pop.
I know the voices in my head arn't real but they usually have some pretty good ideas.
The issue here is not to the difficulty to take land from him but how he managed to get this much land without attacking. I'm interested to find out Nuclear Raunch's point. But I don't understand what pop is. If he did it legally then its ok. I'm not angry that he hogged land or whatever, just suspicious at the amount of land he gained that way.
Sheesh, Nuke's right, guys. All it takes is a few calculations.
At 89k land, I believe MissionED() should give 267 land each run. ~41 executions of the mission, or around 82 turns, is all that's needed. In fact, each time the mission is run, the yield will be increased slightly. With enough runes, it's quite possible. It's not near as efficient as attacking, obviously, which perhaps makes it a tad silly. But it's not at all farfetched.
I must make it clear: It does NOT matter how "soon" in the era ED is used. Spies do NOT count at all towards the calculations. This is actually useful info for anyone interested in using ED - the amount you gain is dependent ONLY on your current land.
This guy is perfectly legit... It's a shame so much fuss was made about him. My fault for not looking at this topic earlier, I guess...

While we perhaps didn't consider it sufficiently, I see no harm in making an inquiry. After all, inquiries and trials are a very important part of free societies, no?
In light of the evidence presented, shall we dismiss the proceedings or let the summons stand? It wouldn't hurt anything to hear it from the accused, but it also isn't necessary to bother him.

Heh, I'm not upset with anyone or saying anyone did anything wrong. I just wish I'd seen this earlier; it's never nice to receive an admin message asking one to "report in".

We should not treat him as a criminal, we should just ask him some questions like moderate police asking witness some questions and make it clear that it is just a normal inquiry. If he did nothing wrong he'll have nothing to hide and nothing to be afraid of. Lets not make a big fuss out of it, I'm not accusing him of doing anyhting wrong just suspision. Can't blame me for being suspecious, bear in mind I am a noob.
