Your low tax rate is encouraging slaves to join your tribe!

Basically, it's telling me my low tax rate is attracting slaves when, in fact, it's high and is driving them away. Whoops?

I'm just posting this as a note for myself to look into. It should be saying that the high tax rate is driving slaves away. Also, when there is no net difference, it's still saying that more slaves are coming.

Optimistic game?

Perhaps the message applies only to the first turn, or only the last turn? I'd think an edge-case issue...

I think it posts that message no matter what your tax rate is set to. :)

I just looked and yes in funcs.php, takeTurns function, last few lines of the function outputs that message with no conditions or checks.
