4) Reserves system. 25% of your troops at 25% upkeep. Pull at will. Activated under 500 land in defenses. Clan market nixed. Public market -- decrease maximum to 25% of active and reserve troops. No PM upkeep. All in favor?

Would like to bring the Brome fix up for reconsideration next meeting, but added it anyhow, as it was officially passed.

...Percentages would be a good addition yet, reserves = uber phail. Sorry, ME hates it, too.

Did you even read what it said about reserves, or just see the word and say it's a bad idea? It's nothing like ME's were. Theres was an unlimited, upkeepless warehouse. This is a strictly limited, reduced upkeep reserves system.
