TESTING: bazaar bug - scaling related i think

i ticked the max box....

1 Warships purchased for $560,084.

But they are only meant to cost $360,415 each :|

You purchased 1.5 warships but the scaling rounds less than 1 so it displays 1 instead of 1.5. In the database it is stored as 1.5 warships though and not 1.

Perhaps the max box should use the displayed number, to prevent such confusion? Sure, it means that, due to scaling, you'll have much less available (especially in the case of warships), but it also means that you actually get what you see, not invisible "half-troops"...

Or perhaps we can have something that will show how much it costs to by max troops? That way, you can know how much you will spend before you do it.

Or max troops could round down, in case people don't count half-troops anyway.

That seems like it would be more coding. Wouldn't it just be easier to attach a function to the table that multiplies the troop amount with the price? Table being, the buy troops table.

Or just make it so it can only sell whole stuff? I. e, 1 ship or 2 ships, but the bazaar can't have the display equivelent of 1.5 ships.

I was suggesting that actual bazaar amounts be rounded to fit display amounts. Now that I think about it, maybe that is what you're saying.

Make it so you can't buy .5 off the bazaar via the max boxes and so it only purchases the actual "max amount" shown is what I'm saying and everyone else is saying as far as I can see.
