I last ran 3 days ago, I currently have 416 turns and 196 stored.

And yes, this is only happening on WoA.

Full stored, full saved, 74 in turn bank when I ran today. Will update on status tomorrow.

That reads as Full turns, not empty turns, to me. :P

Anyway, it seems 12 turn updates ran in that period of time. Looks like there's a few missing. Is howmanytimes() broken?

Ok, I just checked and I have 228 turns, 242 saved. I posted the first just after I ran. It's been 16 hours since I last ran.

Hm... Judging by the stored turns, 58 runs were made. However, that should be 232 turns (58*4). Furthermore, 16 hours should be roughly 64 runs (16*4). This is exceptionally weird. And, only on WOA? Perhaps there's something about 15 minute turn updates that is throwing things off?

If it's only on WOA, it must be related to WOA's position as server #1, something to do with all the old accounts, or related to the 15 minute turns. I can't think of any other explanation...

But, doesn't ME run on 15 minute turns? We can probably rule that out...

Yeah, but ME is the same turn code and runs 15 minute turns. Maybe something got changed in our code...? Unlikely.
